CDG783 is a single-chip CMOS device with four independent optional switches built-in. It adopts advanced submicron process design, with low power consumption, high switching speed, low on resistance, low leakage current, and high bandwidth characteristics.
The CBMG783 is powered by a single power supply ranging from+1.8 V to+5.5 V, making it ideal for use in battery powered instruments.
