CDG733 is a low-voltage CMOS device with three independent optional single pole double throw (SPDT) switches built-in. This device has low power consumption characteristics and operates with a single power supply of+1.8 V to+5.5 V/± 3 V dual power supply, making it very suitable for portable instrument applications powered by batteries. All channels adopt a first open and then close switch to prevent instantaneous short circuits when switching channels. This device provides EN input to enable or disable the device. When disabled, all channels are turned off.
