The CD14AD50Q is a 14-bit, 50MSPS A/D converter fabricated using CMOS technology. This monolithic integrated circuit features a pipeline architecture and incorporates internal circuits such as a sample/hold amplifier, pipeline ADC, voltage reference, clock stabilization circuit, and mode selection logic.
Housed in a 32-lead plastic quad flat nolead package (QFN32), the device measures 5.0mm × 5.0mm × 0.75mm. It serves as a direct replacement for the AD9245 from Analog Devices (ADI).
